The buyer accepts full financial responsibility for the total sale price of goods at the time of payment. The payment method will be by the Local Government Prompt Payment Act upon receipt of the vendor’s invoice and the company’s written approval. In the event of non-payment, the fire door inspection report remains the property of the inspector and the company. The report can be voided and retracted if payment is not paid in full. All orders are considered custom and may be kept from being cancelled or changed after 24 hours from when the order is placed. Any subsequent changes, if permitted, can affect the price and/or lead time.

All fire door inspections conducted by Fire Door Assessment Ltd are non-intrusive, focusing on the door and frame. This means our inspections do not involve any destructive or invasive procedures that could damage the door, frame, or surrounding structures. Any requirement for an intrusive inspection must be explicitly agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the inspection. Ownership of Reports and Non-Payment Consequences

All fire door inspection reports produced by Fire Door Assessment Ltd remain the exclusive property of Fire Door Assessment Ltd until full payment for services rendered has been received. In the event of non-payment, Fire Door Assessment Ltd reserves the right to fully redact and void any reports associated with the unpaid services. This may include retracting any certifications, recommendations, or findings from the report. Please note that non-payment will also result in legal action to recover the owed amounts.
